[WOTLK] Kalu'ak Fishing Derby and Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza

At what time happens, respectively, Kalu'ak Fishing Derby(Saturday) and Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza(Sunday)?
It says "14:00", on calendar (Server Time, of course), but every Saturday that i check, the NPC just isn't there.
I'm pretty sure that i have seen the NPC once, but i cannot see him anymore.


Am i missing something, or the Server Time is wrong?
