Technical Banned

Well iv'e been banned for like 156 day's and one of the game masters told me that ban can be appealed after 120 days. Reason of ban is an exploit, and for this kind of exploit it shouldn't be that long. For other it was always like 30 days, and i got permanent ban. They reviewed my ticket 2 times ( one after 120 days, and other after 150 days) and lifted a ban from my secondary account (which is useless) but the main one is still not lifted. I tried contacting one of the game masters ( which was replying my appeals) to try to explain him some stuff, but he just keeps saying that they are reviewing the ticket and that i'm yet not ready for lift. On the other side the other game master told me "You will wait out the ban duration" i can send screens of all appeals.So, my question is what do i need to do to get ban lifted?

Ban appeals revisions always take place on the support page.
If they find it inappropriate to lift your ban, it will be for a very good reason.
