Loot-filled pumpkin giving no reward or not allowing you to open it

Anyone having issues with the loot-filled pumpkin from the event either not opening or not giving any loot. It will say I can't have anymore of a item, even if I remove everything from my bags.

Or not getting the pumpkin at all i did it like 5-6 times in a row and i didnt get anything from the drop...

I noticed that yesterday and again right now. Or saying I got a bag from Innkeeper, shows in my bags, right click it and nothing...but lately Daily fishing quests have had empty bags too...
