WotLK Low Damage in Arena?

Currently having problems with my damage in Arenas. I always end up at around 10k - 15k damage done throughout fights. I don't know what's wrong. I can't seem to do enough damage through absorbs. Currently running with an Affliction warlock, but has since changed to a Destro. Our fights usually just last for 20seconds - 1 minute. -_-

I am aware that I must get at least 40% ArP with Sub, and roll with 4,000+ AP.

P.S. Obviously still gearing PvP for my Rogue. Hence the mixup in gems.

Well from your armory and what you said, survivability might be the issue, your probably rolling with 400-500 resilience I think. which is pretty low for arena seeing that ur pve gear is low as well (nice daggers!)

pssst here is the secret to raping in 1k

forget stunning fo realz,

Step 1-> Sap A, if he trinks blind him
Step 2-> Rape B
Step 3->Profit

Fo realz though, don't waste your time on lock stunning( ofc depending on enemy composition adapt) but in most cases specially at your current 900 rating you can end most fights in less than 20secs, and the lock with you has decent gear so should be easy

Thanks for the input man. You're right. I think the survivability is the issue. I just get 2 or 3 shotted by ret pallys specially with their wings up (even if i have evasion up).

I'll try to do less with lock stunning and hope that my partner can take the beating he's going to get.

P.S. Rolling with around 612 resil. haha!
