Im a 3,4gs hunter and I can't join to heroic, which is the minimum of equip?? Any idea?

It's Average ilevel across all gear slots usually 3.5-3.8 you should be able to que then

The actual system woorks off of average ilevel as Thydus stated, not gearscore. I beleive for the majority of the wotlk heroics (not FOS/POS) the average ilvl requirement is 180.
What I would suggest is to look at every piece of gear you have and to try and upgrade the lowest ilevel piece you have. Also if it is working properly like retail, heirlooms count as ilvl 1 and may prevent you from entering the heroic rdf queue. Not 100% sure on that part.
But like I said look at the lowest ilvl piece you are wearing and try to upgrade those. this should solve the issue.

Cool, and how i can see the ilvl? i can only see the item lv from 1 to 80
