1v1 Skirmishes

Hello.
As I see a lot of people (including myself) dueling and having a great time, I thought of how fun would it be to have a 1v1 arena skirmishes system. I am not sure of how hard is it to implement that, but as far as I am concerned, it would not affect anything negatively, instead introducing people to yet another awesome way of having fun in PVP.
Thanks for taking your time and reading this, I really hope the staff would considerate this feature.
