WotLK Plan: Adamantite Rod

Greetings warman's players, staff and boters!
I come with a question about Plan: Adamantite Rod from Shattrath needed for Blacksmith. For sure the question was asked long time ago or with a different approach: What is the real respawn on Icecrown for Plan: Adamantite Rod?
I`m asking this question because I tough it is 1 hour or 2 hours, but today those hopes were destroyed after I spent 2 hours and 40 minutes of clicking every 1 minute or spamming clicks (click + esc and redo) everytime someone was coming to the npc or spawning near it, and still didn't see it on shop.
Answering to my question would be a bless for me because I could stop camping or camping more (maybe someone will buy it while i`m writing here o.O).

Some players may try to make it their biz model to buy them as soon as they spawn and then sell them for "a little extra" (usually mutliple 10000% of the original prize) in the Auction house. Ofcourse this only works when they take care that the "cheap" source ist always empty.
