With 2p from SoO 1 bis trink(galakras) 551 ilvl and 210k dps? Is this normal or something is wrong?

210k on single target is actually pretty decent, especially at 551 ilvl. Getting closer to BiS and the haste cap, though, your DPS will skyrocket. Even much more so when you do reach the haste can, thus allowing you to invest more into mastery or crit. On multi-target fights at that ilvl, I would say shoot for 350k+, like the first phase of Garrosh for example. These are acceptable dps values for SoO normal.
