Pandaria Why cant i log into Frostwolf, Greyed out

Hi, is frostwolf offline? When i try to log it shows gray name and offline status.

I decided to move back to Frostwolf server but when i tried to log in, Frostwolf server is greyed out in my client and says its offline

Frostwolf has been updated for the release of a rework of Mogushan's Palace, including the challenge mode, as well as the following new low level instances: Blackrock Depths, Blackrock Spire, Blackwing Lair, Molten Core and Stratholme.
