When is the next Darkmoon event on Lordaeron?

Hello guys, I have a question...when is the next Darkmoon event? Shouldnt be this today? (Sunday)
I'm still not sure if its like on retail. And its not shown in the calender.

Went to check out the site for Darkmoon event in Mulgore. One Carnie there, with only one line of dialog.
I think the event is bugged.

I saw the last carnival in Terrokar, south of Shattrath about last Monday.

It might still be there (first week of the month is usually the time)
