Technical raid assist macro

Does anyone know a macro to promote to assist a certain player in a raid?
Been searching for it a lot but havent been able to find it.

I multibox 16 characters, so 2x16 clicks is too much yes..

im not sure if there is a macro, but might be addon.

i've seen done it by others, but havint got much searching into it yet.
