WotLK Recovery my characters (after long absenting)

Hello! Recently I've seen that my characters were deleted, When and By whom they were deleted i dont know. I've just returned to play WOW pvp on AT. I would appreciate if you help me to recovery my characters to be part of you again.

Select Realm > select currenciy points or coins > charcter restoration

You can restore only charcter deleted in the last 30 days

I've tried "You do not have any characters that require restoration on Blackrock"
Is named _DELETED_ I couldn't delete it

Blackrock got reset as far as i remember, Malaco thought it was Needed.

as Thydus said on 20 May 2016 Warmane deleted all gears and pvp achievemnt to all Blackrck characters.
This means your character would have been naked anyway so at this point you can start with new characters and it is basically the same

My account is completely messed up for some reason, I can't submit a ticket, my chars are all gone according to website, I have donated in the past to remove this but now according to the website I have not. I ca no longer collect points or do anything.
While I am aware that i do not get the chance to log in much these days I do have my own guild on icecrown which is monitored by my officers in my absence. I am wondering why i have no account history can no longer collect points and for some reason i not have to wait 100+ minutes to log onto the icecrown serverr?
