Technical Hacked account

My friend account was hacked, someone change password then email. He keep save all old mails from server, like activation mail and mail that show someone change email. He also have "WARMANE ENCRYPTED BACKUP SYSTEM" file is not older more then 6h before acc was hacked. Please tell me how he can recover his account.

and no one is responsible if your work as laid almost three years will be returned

hello i just got account hacked few hour ago he did guess my password i succeed to get password and i figured out that he took my gold and item and he deleted some toons and main hero gear after that the e-mail was changed to [email protected] and my g-mail was hacked as well and i did recover it here a screenshot http://imgur.com/a/lzwuA pls reply me on my adress : [email protected]
