I'll start.
@OP;
I would suggest dropping a point or two from Killing Machine and putting it elsewhere.
I would also suggest getting some gems, enchants and getting your expertise up.

Ok, in this case i agree dropping points in km and putting it into subversion, would drop 1 point in cotg for 3/3 subversion, although not becessary till you hit close to arp cap.

Get this spec.
Get Glyph of Horn of winter.
Get as much hit and strength as u can get with starting gear.
Get 26 expertise.

Rotation:
IT > PS > BT > UA > Pesti > Obli > FS > ERW
Obli > Obli > Obli > FS* > FS* > Obli > Obli > pesti > BS > FS* >
Obli > Obli > Obli > FS* > FS* > Obli > Obli > Pesti > BS > FS* > repeat

If u get Freezing Fog (Rime Proc): Use Howling Blast instead of FS*.
If u dont have Freezing Fog, if u dont have Runic Power for FS: Use Horn Of Winter instead of FS*.
(this counts for any FS* in rotation from above, always prio Freezing Fog (Rime Proc, Howling Blast) over FS, unless u are on 120 runic power)

Practice a lot on a dummy
When u perfect the tank and spank rotation do **** ton of RDFs.
Practice some more.
Raid a lot.
Practice again...

Its for both Strength and Armor pen FDK, mainly cos FS dmg is too low atm, but it works better on armor pen FDKs.
Just get Sigil of Awareness and u will do wonders with this rotation, str or arp build...

Edit: Expertise is FIXED, so u need 26 expertise to cap it.

Going out of your way for a few points and losing a few str or str +hit/haste hybrids is unlikely to be worth the exp cap though.

Miss/dodge is kinda the worst thing that can happen to a FDK, it can criple ur rotation, especialy with the close call pestilence that refreshes ur diseases, from my point of view...
BiS or Gearing up, I always capped Hit and Exp first, especialy cos its so easy to cap it. U only need 21 from gear...
When it comes to haste, i dont like it at all. Il rather go more hit than to get any more points in haste than i have to.
But again, this is my personal opinion, if something else suits u more, go for it.
My expirience on both retail back in the days and warmane tought me to prio stats like this:
Hit (till cap which is 5% melee) > Exp (till cap which is 26) > Arp (if u can get 1392 - 1400) > Str > Crit.

Expertise was fixed 1-2 days ago... If u have 22 exp and u didnt get dodged nowadays on boss fights, u are just lucky. :D

I can't currently provide you with a SS, but I encountered a few when dps-ing from behind on voas and icc. My chars also run with 22 expertise. I'll try to do some quick raid tomorrow and give a screen.

P.S. So did my guildies today when we did a 10 man.

What I meant was that the stat for stat weights won't be on the side of expertise when swapping gems, but everyone's entitled to their own playstyle.

About refreshing Pestilence, its really nice to spend both blood runes and it Resist. Most important thing for me is that ts fluent and nice, but then some damn Resist just craps all over it.

Heh. I'm happy to hear that it's been fixed. I've gotten really tired of people harassing me for having 26 expertise.

yeh, its been fixed, which means dps has been nerfed slightly.
