Stuck at the login screen on "Connected"

so, firstly im new to the forums, sorry if im in the wrong section of the forums.

so, the problem is i haven't played wow in like 1 month and when i tried playing it again, i got stucked in the "Connected" section of the login screen

just like this picture... maybe anyone can help? (this happens to all server, lordaeron,icecrown,blackrock)

With me it's something like that.. i'm from server FrostWolf.. i'm trying.. for 2/3 days and i can't =/
It stays with the msg ''Connecting'' for 5/10m and nothing.
