Blackrock - MoP version?

What do you think about creating an instant 90, full gear rating requirement,transmog MoP server?

Blackrock has been on a steady decline for a long time now, probably because the expansion is so old most of its audience has grown out of WoW entirely.
Now, I feel like a lot of people are also starting to think live is lackluster and boring in terms of PvP. But if you put out a very good version of 5.4.8 I believe you would speak to this new younger audience just at the right time.
Why MoP? It's is kind of the glory days for many of today's players. It's the expansion live streaming truly blew up and WoW was almost always among the top watched games, often top 3, and the expansion is still pretty fresh.
Was the expansion perfect and the best state the game has ever been in? Certainly not, stupid stuff sure existed, but all? classes were at least designed in a way that made them fun to play.

Would love to hear your thoughts, especially the admins, even if it's a no.
