So I attempted to make a donation, My bank declined the transaction because it seemed fishy. I let the bank know I was trying to make a purchase and they let it go through. I go to check the status of my donation and Paymentwall wants more information on who I am, Copy of my ID and a copy of the transaction. I sent them a screen shot of my ID and not the bank transaction. My banking app through Chase Bank doesnt allow screenshots to be taken. Not good enough for Paymentwall. So with that being said they informed me that regardless I would still have to provide the bank copy of the bank transaction. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to make a purchase. As a finale message to Paymentwall...
"Never mind the transactions then. I'm not jumping through 50 hoops to make a purchase. Websites like Amazon and Ebay and big names as such don't require a DNA test to allow customers to make a purchase. Ill got blow my $100 else where."
Either Warmane Can figure this BS out or they just arn't getting my money!
We completely understand where you're coming from. The restrictions on PaymentWall's end are pretty tight, and it has caused a fair number of problems with donors and potential donors in the past [reference here]. We've tried working with them to relax these restrictions, but it is what it is. They've been pretty loyal to us in the past as well, and have stuck with us through some pretty rough spots. So we're going to return that favor. With that said, if you really want to donate, I would recommend trying to use a prepaid card of some sort (I've found Subway e-cards to be the easiest). If not, that's fine. Either way, I apologize for the inconvenience.
I'm not going to waste my time. Its ridiculous that they can take money from a random subway e card and not give 2 ****s about it and where that money came from but when It comes for a name bank they don't wanna **** with it? I gave them my drivers license they ain't getting anything else.
