Ok so lets start.. I'm a destro lock, I play lock for 6 years so far, and have 2.2k in both 3s and 2s... (I dont play arena anymore because its not my style, I only did it for achiev, exp, and gear) I'm playing on Russian server, but for now ill be using warmane because I want to hear international opinion. Usually in 1v1 situations im pulling out
Succubus for rogues
Void for rogues (thoose who aren't braindead and kick Succubus because I dont have impr. Succ. Talent) and warrs
Fel hunt for everyone else.
I'm full wrath with elite dagger from 3s. Basically 6,3kgs
And this is where the cancer begins... Almost 90% of the duels, world pvp I loose vs DKs... Thoose are the bane for my lock existence... I'm almost guaranteed to loose vs them because of how bad I am or maybe because of how unfair they are.
Lets see... I'm starting with fear, he LBs. So its ok I devour his shackles and or his silence all the time, and try to get my ground, he pops shell and im basically dead because of how much dmg he does with that smourne and shell, I cant fear I cant do anything except run, and if my devour is on cd I cant even do that, sure I can TP just to get grabbed back so its no use, and I usually keep my silence for gargoyle and also curse of (forgot the name that makes casting -30%speed) so I have no idea how to properly fight them...
Then we have sub rogs. Ive met 2,8k sub rog who had full pve, and basically 1 comboes through cloak of shadows /vanish immunity but either way im probably just too bad to beat him, as much as he's immune to everything... Any ideas?
And lastly im having alot of trouble vs Awarrs... Ofc in a duel its rather 50/50 but in world pvp where u cant have a second of popping off portal + commanding pet to stay not to get hit by sweep+Bs combo (not to mention the friggin wrong pet and u get almost killed in the time u change ur pet) its rather hard to beat them without preparation for the duel... Is imp worth using because it cant be hit or it can still be hit via BS.
Other classes such as mages/eles/spriests are rather rare in the server since smourne is easily obtainable and costs not so much as in warmane its hard, but im not salty about them enough... Such as 30%rng reflection shield for mages that's annoying AF for destros... I'm still thinking that lock is one of the worst 1v1 environment class in 3.3.5 or im ultra bad at the class... Though I'm pretty sure we locks are bane of paladins.

if we meet a rogue who master his class , no matter how skilled we re . he ll kill us easily. Lets talk about good scenario duel. At the begning of fight void shield and use stamina trinket we can protect from his heavy burst. try to death coil and if works double fear him. if we re lucky that means he wasted his trinket now. His next attempt based on Cos and we ll use portal this time. try make it not line of sight. I think this ll be works on most of rogues cos of their chilldish egos against worlocks.
I aggree with u against wariors. I tested with 1200 resilience. Only get hit by sweep +bs drop my shield (void) + 30k health . No matter how skilled we re in bad scenario duels.
Against dks, i can just say u to use affi and kite . but it is extremly hard to beat.

In world pvp, usually u cant, in a duel u can prepare teleport far away and devour chains (if he uses silence and Chain u should trinket and devour silence) then tp silence with fel hunter to prevent grip and fear if LB has ended or just CoEx if ur affli and run oor. But as I said u need to be prepared and lucky. If not ur dead. (demon armor also helps to prevent some ****ty dmg)
