Question about Donation

Hi players of warmane and staff, i have a question about donation ways. I wanted to donate from the begining but i Live in Colombia so when i checked the donating ways i saw two of them that i actually know, so i did a donation for 57 coins via davivienda bank of Payment wall. So the question that i have is when i filled all the details about the payment (Full name, age, email) i had to put a different email from the one that is registered on warmane account, for some reason it did not let me complete the payment with the gmail address because of some location problem so i did it with my hotmail, then yesterday i went to the bank with the paper i printed to pay and i have been waiting for the coins to arrive but i dont see them yet, i dont know if it takes longer because the payment was made from Colombia or the thing that im afraid of is if i had to make the payment with the same gmail address which im registered in warmane

Bank payments can take up to 5 working days to complete.
Email does not matter. What it does matter is the account that you were logged in with when you did the payment.
