    Problems installing the game

    I downloaded the game,extracted the files with WinRar,but when i run the Installer i get this message " Sorry, the installer was unable so start up. " and
    and " Unable to initialize streaming. Please check your Internet connection. If this problem persists, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. "

    How should i get the game going now ?
