Icecrown - BG-Queue minimum Gs

I'd suggest to make a minimum-GS-rule to join BGs, like it exists on RDF HC already.
It's very annoying that there are always a few ppl who are completely useless standing around at the spawn.
In a BG like WSG where you are 10vs10 every AFK or hardly geared person is like 10% of the winning chance.
Playing BGs often results in "the team that has the most afks"-loses. - It has nothing to do with teamplay or strengh of the factions, like pvp is intended to be.

We're playing on a pay2win-Server where the average player is on 6k+ GS. Everyone who is geared below 5k is like a one-shot. And ppl know that. That's why they don't even move out of the Spawning points, waiting if the team wins or loses to get the bonus-honor, which they actually don't deserve at all.
Or some lower-medium GS-BGs just for ppl who are not having a high gearscore. It would be more fun for everyone then. - even if ppl might abuse that to stomp lower by unequipping items.

This has been suggested several times. Always denied. Even suggestions to separate pug vs pug and prem vs prem.

okay, if we gunna go down this road. you should make Maximum gs to join bg. why you ask? becouse in bg's you gear up, those who have already full gear should go arenas.

To go even further, maybe should add max gs for 2v2 aswell and allow only 6k + ppl in 3v3?

how does that sound like?
