Pandaria Profs not showing in Professions window

I noticed this the other day after portaling to Pandaria that my 2nd primary prof and no secondary profs show.
My 2nd primary is Inscription which is at 600, I have a shortcut to it and can still open it but it doesn't show in the profs window.
I went and learned first aid, but yet it doesn't show up as known either, like cooking, archaeology and fishing.
I want to work on archaeology but can't open the window for it.
I've disabled addons and reset UI, no results.
What else can I do/needs to be done?

There are several threads already addressing this issue. You have this bug because you learned all three specializations in Alchemy. Although I did forgot if and how it could be fixed.

There were 3 quests I did for alchemy, but I didn't see anything about it being specializations. 2 I had to make various potions for, flasks for 1, don't remember the other 1, and the 3rd I had to transmute living steel.
My engineer I could easily tell if I were going Gnome or Goblin, but seems I can learn both.
Plus, I had no idea there were specializations in Alchemy.

Technically, you are only supposed to be able to learn ONE of the specializations (once you pick up one quest, the other 2 should disappear). But it's bugged on Warmane. Same with Gnome/Goblin Engineering. Might want to open a ticket and see if they can fix it.
