Pandaria Destruction lock stat priority

Searched a lot of forums for it but didnt find one exactly.
What should I aim for, considering that I'll do both pvp and pve content.
P.S.: If I have to get very much hit, I could manage to lower it a little. I dont mind a few misses here and there with the bonus of a haste/mastery/crit stat increase.
