Technical Character Bug

Hi.
I own a character in FrostWolf Mists Of Pandaria Expansion , MuchoCow.
I went to an internet cafe and downloaded the Mists Of Pandaria ( Minimal ) , after that i logged in into game and waited for my in-game Download to complete..once it did i went to TownLong Steppes to take the Quest for Isle Of Thunder,once i reached there , i got a DC in the ship we landed with the NPC and when i logged in back again i was in Orgrimmar and when i took the portal and reached HoneyBrew village , i saw no NPCs , so i went to Shrine of 2 moons t take flightpath and still nothing ... No Npc , No Players , only me and the houses...same thing happened from my home which i play the warmane server exclusive 5 days in a raw now .
Please Help me ..
