PaymentWall Issues

Hello Warmane Team,

As an appreciation, i tried to donate 50 Euros via Visa card, however, Paymentwall has denied my transaction. I went to the verification process and submitted my Two valid IDs but they keep on asking me to provide them again with valid IDs and a payment receipt or a credit card statement that shows paymentwall. The IDs that i submitted was a Driver's license and a Government issued ID. I don't know where to get this payment receipt or credit card statement. This is a Company issued card for payroll purposes which also happens to be a Visa. I have used this card before from other Companies such as Steam, eBay, amazon..etc, but did not encounter any transaction issues. The transaction process when donating is not Customer friendly. I understand that this is for Security reasons, but it's just too much. I'm just very disappointed at this point and don't know what to do.

I am sorry that you are having trouble with their payment system, but for the time being that is our only payments provider.
By what you are say, it looks like they are asking you for a photo of your donation transaction, which you should be able to get from your bank by printing that transaction receipt (probably a photo / screenshot of the transaction is enough).

Hi, I have a same problem. I just started 5 account for multi boxing I want to donate all of them, but I'm stuck after two account. I sent everything what they asked, but they still denying my transaction. That's a very disappointing thing, I always prefer PayPal, because that's the best. I'm wondering why we can't pay via PayPal. I love this server I'm one of the oldest molten wow player, I never had issues like this. Looking for the PayPal option if it's possible.

I think I saw why on some posts long time ago. It seemed PayPal was once possible, until they managed to find out where the money goes and took it from them (iirc they had affiliation with Blizzard). Kaer (?) had to sell his car to circumvent the situation

As someone said above, they had history with PayPal so I doubt they will get that thing back up again.

Although Paymentwall is absolutely **** company to use, that's their only option for now besides CVS/Subway giftcards. I recommend those. Works fine, fast, without problem.
