Illidari Council loot problem/bug

So as title says, when i finish the Illidari Council en****er and loot the boss(and this fight consists of 4 of them), sometimes i get just one epic item, or no items at all from looting them, for example two times i got just one epic uncut gem from them, which isnt how it should be if i remember it right. Also, it might be because of "more bosses" in one encounter that makes problems because every time i did icc Blood Prince Council didnt drop any items, like nothing at all. So am i missing here something that i should know or is it like this for everybody?

+ Iliidan doesn't drop loot sometimes also

At least you can get there. All but two times I've attempted BT, my game has crashed over and over at Essence of Anger. One of the two times I just got lucky and he vanished after a crash.
