Every time my friend opens the WoW game his WiFi just stops working. He's unable to log in and we can't hear each other on discord anymore. We tried redownloading it and got nowhere, we waited to see if it would fix itself (Many months), now we have no ideas. Anybody know how to fix or have any idea as to what is even happening?
EDIT: I have learned that it crashes when he tries to login, not when he's just opening the game.

if i had to guess it's puttin to much stress on his comp and it's shuttin **** down. is he by chance playing on a very old computer?

I'm fairly certain that's not the issue. From his description the internet on just his computer closes and everything else still works. It's also useful to note that he did play with me on WoW many times and we got him to about level 25 before it stopped working, so it's not like he's never been able to play the game at all.
