Donation Issues

Hello!

So I've been having trouble donating for the past few days to the server. I keep getting the error "transaction wasn't completed" after completing the donation process. I'm using my debit card and I've tried donating on my computer and mobile, both do not seem to be working. What should I do?

I know that payment wall did not block me and I'm not blocked on your side either, because it is my first time donating at that. Could it be an issue from my bank, flagging it as suspicious as an anti-fraud measure? If so, what should I do? I'm just getting kind of frustrated with this haha, any help would be appreciated, thank you.

So i have tried donating as well, and Ive had the same issue..

This is a card ive used before and ive called my bank but the problem persists. I have also tried contacting payment wall but they're useless as always..

To determine if it was an issue on my end, i made my friend donate 10 euros with a never before used card on his recently made account. He also had the same problem. I am certain it is not an issue with my card and my bank, but rather payment wall being weird again?

If anyone has an answer/solution/info/insight/ANYTHING AT ALL :D

Same here, Donated 2 days ago and wanted to donate yesterday again but would work, tried donating now... Same problem with the "transaction wasn't completed"

Even though I use the same card, I had no luck these past 2 days.
