Bought Fate's Clutch by accident

I tried submitting a ticket via Support, but the field where you select the items after you describe your Misbuy doesn't have anything I can click on, the box is empty, and I can't submit my ticket.

Basically, I accidentally bought Fate's Clutch for my character Thibor on Icecrown, and the ring is still in his bags. I didn't realize that the ring is inferior to the rings he already has equipped.

If you can refund the points, or exchange the ring for Titanskin Cloak (the same amount of points), I'd most definitely appreciate it.

Sorry to post this in this page, but I couldn't complete the form on the Support page.

Refund is only available if you bought the item for coins. If you bought it for points you can not get your points back or item exchanged.
