I was banned 3 days ago and is cleaned ban and now I am again banned.
Can someone explain to me why this is happening to me again, are we banned both account and I'm 1000% that did not do anything that violates the rules of the server.

Confirmed. Draganf16 is my guild mate, and he was banned for 5 month 2 days ago, without any reason. After server restart Ban has gone... me and couple of my friends wrote to GM and we got answer: He is not banned at All.... But on his account there is 5 month ban... This guy is clean 100 % and i hope that GM will answer fast... This is very annoying for him and for us as friends. He can not create Ban appeal because it write that he is not banned...

It`s a kind-of security mechanism. Reset your password (have it sent you an email) and you should be good to go again.
