Technical ERROR #132 - The memory could not be "read"

Hey there,

my game keeps crashing from time to time (sometimes after hours, sometimes right after starting it), giving me the following error message.
Any suggestions? Couldn't find anything on the forum. Thanks a lot in advance! :)

I also have the same error now all of a sudden. Can only play for one minute then error
