Got about 950 seeders and I'm only getting between 200 - 300 kb/s. Why?

Although torrent clients tend to work very well with the automatic features, you can always tweak them for your needs.

For example, you might want to limit seeders if running on a slow network, the extra bandwidth to get the seeders might not be worth it.
You should reduce your upload to 80-90% max of your available upload speed, so that it can't interfere with peers connection.
Do a speed test to ensure that you have as much bandwidth as you expect to have, some other application (even yours) might be taking more than you expect.
