level 60 / 70 endgame?

So, is it common / easy to find groups for endgame content for level 60 and 70 for transmorg reasons; achievements, fun etc?

We are actually going to be running TBC raiding in a week or so, once we get the raid team formed. We are though, level locking at 70 for a retail like feel for the raids. Not going in at level 80.
