WotLK Dancing rune weapon - question to staff

Hi,
I just wanted to ask mostly the warmane staff about this report on bugtracker :

It is counted as fixed but I checked this a few times now and it's still bugged ,is there any hope with fixing this?

many screenshots and undeniable poof but of course not confirmed according to staff, this is what we call the Shield Slam treatment.

If a class bug is marked as "unconfirmed", it's wotlk and has good proof, then blame it on BlueAo(QA fella) for reasons why, what he wants more to confirm it(tho he prolly won't respond xd...)

test without items , without diseases only weapon rusted pitchfork 5-8 dmg to get the smallest dmg window

so without items it goes very close to 50% dmg.

and It goes even worse with procs and buffs,auras,hysteria etc. it should copy 50% of death knight damage
What drw should copy for 50% dmg : icy touch,plague strike,death coil,heart strike,death strike,necrosis,blood caked blade, dk autoattack,sudden doom proc,blood strike,rune strike
it should also do attacks on its own for 50% melee damage from the label - attack speed 3.5
Patch 3.1.0 (14-Apr-2009): Damage done by, and duration of this pet is reduced by 50%, but the cooldown is reduced to 90 seconds. Attack speed of pet increased from 2.0 to 3.5. Fixed a bug making it trigger an unusual number of effects from the weapon equipped by the death knight. In addition, it will now only echo death knight spells whose primary purpose is dealing damage. This pet will no longer break stealth on nearby targets and attack them. Also corrected a bug making the effect last 8 seconds longer than intended.
