1. Still awaiting any type of communication

    Its been 2 days since I submitted a ticket regarding a server side technical error and over 24 hours since I was banned for said error.

    I still have not heard a thing from anyone regarding my appeal and or the issue that cause the serverside error.

    As a paying player Id appreciate some sort of update or explanation unto why I was banned when no wrong doing had occurred on my end.

    This is getting ridiculous, especially after I submitted the ticket explaining what was going on.

    Both general tickets I submitted have been responded to and closed but conveniently my ban appeal has been collecting dust.

    Anything would be appreciated
