    Sons of Hodir

    I have several characters on my account that are exalted with Sons of Hodir yet I cant see the rep vendor at all. Its like I never even got any rep with them. WTF?!

    I cant do the starting quests for the Sons of Hodir because I have done them already. And no I am not "at war" either.
