1. Who should I talk to for unfair ban?

I hosted VOA25 today and gave all the items to the highest rolls. But after the raid some guy attacked me on private that I will get banned for ninja because in his eyes I gave the item to a person who has not rolled at all (I guess he has that person in his ignore list and thus doesn't see his rolls)
I got screenshot which shows all the rolls and how I give the item to the winner.
And now I have my account banned because the guy who reports me has ignored the highest rolling player. I've also sent him the screenshot but he was kinda pissed off he didn't won the item.

Here's the screenshot, and the guy who attacked me was Evrovizija and I guess he has Ragnr (the guy who won the item) in his ignore list.

  2. Thanks but when I try to send appeal I always get "Your ticket information contains illegal characters, try again." And I've just copy pasted this topic message.

  3. It's most likely because of parentheses or image link.

  4. I managed to send the ticket, it wasn't the link the "illegal character" and I really don't know what was it, there was no swearing. Really annoying system.

Ticket system doesn't allow some symbols in text. It has nothing to do with swearing.

  6. Do you know what happens with stuff you're selling on trade, while you're banned? Because now I can't access trade feature.

  7. I haven't seen any information about that. While it's on trading it might not be affected by the ban. But if it expires I don't know if you can still get the item back after more than 30 days (if you don't get unbanned).

  8. They will remain posted. If they are not sold, it will remain in your mailbox for 30 days. If you ban is longer than 30 days, you might want to speak to a representative at [email protected]. GMs reading reports through websites usually don't read the entire ticket and pushes their way through.

I was banned once because of a similar situation. I had someone on ignore who rolled for a tier item that he can't even use and got me banned for "ninja" just to troll the **** out of me. I opened a ban appeal saying that they could even check my ignore list and the time he was ignored and how he CAN'T EVEN USE THAT ITEM, but they didn't really care and I had to go on with my 30 days ban time. (Because if your ban appeals gets denied once, you cannot appeal again. They automatically close the ticket after saying "Review ToS. Copy Paste" and you can appeal once every 30 days. At this point, you go email [email protected], but they will most likely tell you that they can't help you or simply won't reply.)

  9. Alright, thanks, you've been really helpful.
    (if you don't get unbanned).
That would suck, considering the reason of the ban.

  10. 12 hours later and I still have no reply on the ban appeal. So it seems like everyone could troll report fake ninja looting. I can just ignore half the raid and report using screenshots that show people getting items without rolling for them...

I've been playing here for almost a year, almost every single day, wasted lots of hours on this account, got 1 bis toon, 2nd almost bis toon and 3rd decent geared toon. Donated few times. Got lots of coins, had account in good standing. And now I'm banned because someone was frustrated that he didn't win an item?!
    Well that's really frustrating.

Worst thing is that I have reported a REAL ninja before(warrior needing on and winning leather pants in ICC while we were 2 feral druids there) and GM replied to my ticket with "your issue has been resolved"... and few days later the ninja was online.

Don't spread nonsense and misinformation. No GM reads ban appeals. The same people who read that email address are the ones who answer support tickets, and the email is only to be used for things not covered in those tickets (like a ban that was issued to an IP/proxy you're using, but that wasn't aimed at you). Using the email to try going around the ticket system will likely have it ignored and/or considered trying to abuse our support system.

Ban appeals have the lowest priority in the support system. A wait of 2-3 days isn't uncommon. Also, your screenshots don't actually prove much, unless what got reported about you was exactly that one roll. You might have been reported over some other item, even during a different run days ago, for all that's known. Considering that the guy you claim reported you was the first one rolling in the screenshot you show, I find it doubtful that any GM would look at a screenshot showing a single roll (only way to not show the other rolls would be scrolling back enough to only show his) and take it as proof.

  12. The VOA25 yesterday was the ONLY raid I have hosted in the last few days, and the ONLY ONE complaining and spamming me on private was this guy Evrovizija, threatening me that he will get me banned for this exact same item I show on the screenshot, this is why I immediately took the screenshot, to have a proof! Even you can see on the screenshot that he says "please give me" when I put the item for rolling.

He was stating that I gave that item to someone who has not rolled for it, I told him that Ragnr rolled highest and he replied that Ragnr hasn't rolled at all. This is why I guess he has him ignored and on his screenshot it would appear like only 2 persons are rolling for the item and I'm giving it to one who has not rolled.
I also have sent this Evrovizija guy my screenshot, but he was sooooo frustrated and was only threatening me and ignoring all my toons I have tried to contact him with.

HOW DUMB should I be to risk myself getting banned over a VOA run and person who I have nothing to do with?!

    These are the facts.

This is a huge hole in the reporting system. And me waiting few days for a CHANCE(not 100%) to get unbanned is really f**ked up, considering the nature of this ban.

If you have someone who is rolling in your ignore list, you don't see his rolls, so it would appear like I am giving the item to a person who has not rolled at all, and as you can see in my screenshot - I give the item to the right winner, and he actually rolled for it.

Irrelevant. The second roll is still higher than his. Are you saying he preemptively put every other person who could compete with him over the item in his ignore list just so his roll would be the single one showing? That's even more far fetched.
