i got banned and no one dont answer me

hi ,, idk why but i got banned for wintrade and i never wintraded any thing idk what happend but no one dont answer my ticket on support from website ,, i just had some subwars game 3v3 and 5v5 thats all i know but the problem is my ban time is prem so its pointless can some one answer me ? for godseike i have 5 chara there and 4 of them are full gear and full proff ,,, My account name is AgnaDevil if any of gm see this please check it out

No one on the forum can help you with this. Read the private message i sent you earlier. Also, ban appeal tickets have lowest priority, so more often than not you have to wait for a few days to get a reply.
