I got a problem

Hey guys! I joined in order to play with my friend/s. I installed it and all, when I login it shows the update at 0% and then says it has to restart to install a patch. After which it logs me out and says there was an error and it can't be installed. I've been trying to find a solution but haven't been successful.
Idk if this is the right sub-forum for this kinda post but I'd appreciate help.
update: nevermind, my friend came on and reminded me of the solution, wish I'd know how to delete my post now
