WotLK LF BiS list for Fire Mage (from Naxx to ICC)

Dear Community,

I am looking for a list of best in slot items for Fire Mage PvE on every season (Naxx, Uldu, ToC, ICC) with hit SoftCap, without Draenei buff and changes from FFB to TTW included (I heard it is good to do this during ToC).

As my time's limited, I'll be filling out the ICC-bis list section. Hopefully someone else will fill in the rest!

First of all, hit cap stats:
Spell (hard) hit cap is 17%
Frostfire Bolt specs (applies to Cold Snap and Living bomb specs) - Soft cap is 11% (289 rating). You have http://wotlk.openwow.com/spell=29440 which bumps your hit to 14%, and the remaining 3% is provided by other classes in raids.
TTW Fireball spec - Soft cap is 14% (368 rating). You do not have http://wotlk.openwow.com/spell=29440 or any other source of hit from talents in the 18/53 or 20/51 specs.

Ring 1:Ring of Rapid Ascent (requires you to gem 30 hit, or 20 and use the http://wotlk.openwow.com/spell=60623 enchant on boots) OR Loop of the Endless Labyrinth

The BIS is the Ring of Rapid Ascent, BIS mean Best in Slot as you know and assume take the most power full gear composition possible, and in this way the Loop of the Endless Labyrinth don't have is place in this list, Ring of Rapid Ascent (with the proper gems) will always provide you a more power full equipment.

More then that i want to had something, BIS list depends the encounters you want to do.
To my mind concerning the TTW spec the items tells above are BIS for all icc fights, because not so much moves are requiert (and never really quick moves) at the opposite Halion fight at RS requiert lot of quicks moves for dispelling, avoid meteors and cutter, moreover the max range (assuming a boss in the center of the room) is 30 feets, so you can switch flame throwing points into students of mind in order to up it from 1/3 to 3/3. At this time, in order to increase in the smartest way your critical chances, inorder to give you more moving posibilities, the BIS list is for me:
