WotLK Can't Apply Talent points to tree. Any fixes?

Yesterday, I was experiencing a problem with my talent tree. After I leveled up, I couldn't spend the talent point. I tried multiple times, relogged, reloaded, etc. and nothing fixed it. I decided to delete the client and reinstall and that seemed to fix it, but only temporarily. After about 2 more hours of playing time, after my next level up, i was unable to spend the point again. Anyone have this issue in the past or know of a fix?
