i got hacked, what to do?

Guys, GM anyone.

for some reason my account got hacked, first on warmane itself, i noticed it when i tried to get vote points and couldn't log in.

i still was online ingame and made screenshots of all my character etc. and made a ticket, like 5 minutes after that i got disconnected and can't do anything atm. can anyone help me out ? i got all info you need.
