I dont see any NPcs

Hi every one,
so i started to do the thunder lans quest but when i arrive into a boat my caracter was stuck, so i reload the game
then i was in orgrimar and i see nobody, when i entre in a dungeon i see no NPcs or if i anter in raids either
please help
