Upvotes for the "Suggestions & Changes" page

An upvote option would let the Staff see what players would like to see implemented/changed the most. Just like the one for the bugtracker page. There would also have to be a "newest" option as well so no post is left unread. I recall seeing a post like this one before but I couldn't find it so here's another one :)

Suggestions aren't "rated" based on what players want the least or the most, but on feasibility and on if they are in tune with what we want for the servers we host. "Upvoting" wouldn't influence suggestions being accepted or keep them from being denied.
