Character recustomization

I paid for this with coins and it is available at character select screen. After I change gender, name and appearance and click accept and then okay it doesnt work. Is this bugged or what? I opened a ticket and a gm told me to delete cache that it was a visual bug. I did this just to say I did doesnt work heh. It is not a visual bug it is still the same name and male :P.
