Hello, This happened to me once awhile back. You should PM a GM your issue or Open a ticket here on the forums under MY ACCOUNT and they should be able to fix this for you. They will ask you if you have any WOD Model addons, or any other addons that could affect it. You can try turning them all off if you have any and then try. In my case I did not have that addon and still had that same issue, but the Gm's were able to fix it for me.
