Booty Bay Bruisers all red

I can not play in booty bay as all the booty bay brusiers are red 85 and kill us.

Do you provoke fights with other players or do some quests that lower your rep with them?

No. We were in Booty Bay doing quests and suddenly all the bruisers turned red. It seems other Alliance characters were having no problems.
