Forum Weapon Skills stuck at 1/400..

hello. recently i have started to play again and decided to play in Icecrown realm beacuse i had 3 lvl 80 characters that were instant leveled up by using the web feature (some time after moltdown or then warmane got its characters deleted i dont remember well ) .. Since each character had 1.5k gold on then i used it up on skills and riding, and then i noticed that all my instant characters havea weapon skill bugg , 99% of all weapon attacks are miss,dodge or parry if used about lvl 20. ditting lvl 1-5lvl mobs for 5 minutes didnt give a single skill up..

does anyone have a solution to this problem? or do i have to delete everything :/

You only skill up by hitting mobs who are valuable (give experience)
