Low fps

I hope someone can help me. I'm on Icecrown server and only during 25man raids my fps drop to 6fps which is unplayable.

PC specs ; i7 920 2.67gHz, 12GB ram 1066mHz, Gigabyte GTX760 OC 256bit 2gHz.

Is there a way to improve this?

Disable your addons and check it. If that fails, turn down your graphics settings.

Disable vertical sync if u haven't , check the addons when they cause errors the fps is dropping especially the item inspect addons. + Check if ur CPU or GPU is overheating.
