Technical Account retrieval

Hello Warmane Staff,

I used to play on your server a few years back, and after a brief break from WoW I decided to come back. Now, i forgot my account username and password, and i really didn't play on it in ages so there's a chance that it's deleted but then again I did donate around 200 GBP so i think there's hope for it to be retrieved.

Anyhow, I can in every way guarantee that i was the owner of it, I got all the Transaction IDs, Card that was used and my personal IDs and stuff.

I'm hoping for a quick response and a possible positive answer on this topic.

I know this is not an answer to your questions pal but hope you get it sorted. I had problems with mine twice after both molten meltdowns and Warmane sorted it for me. I have heard that after 6 months of the last problems people have struggled but I if you have donated there has to be some record of you somewhere. pm a gm like I did with all transaction id's and info or you can email them. They really helped me after I donated over 1k on all my accounts I was really worried. But it all worked out so hope it does for you too.

Thanks for your support maddogv3, I too hope this gets sorted. There's probably a trace of my donation, I can't find the proper email address to contact the staff and I did open a ticket but on one of the less populated realms so i figure it's going to take a while untill they answer.
